Over 60s Fitness Class
While some of us may be thinking of new year’s resolutions or changing some habits in 2026, for the over 60’s this is your chance to become more mobile, get a bit of energy back, and improve your fitness and wellbeing! Graham Topping will be leading a Gentle Movement Class on Friday mornings beginning on the 9th in the minor hall at 11am. All over 60’s welcome.
