Car Boot Terms and Conditions

Below are a list of do’s and don’ts you must comply with. Failure to do so will result in you being asked to leave and no refund of your booking fee will be given. If you break any of these terms and conditions, you will not be allowed to sell again on our premises. These rules are to protect the public and the vendors, as well as keep within our church’s constitutional laws.

Vendors are not permitted to sell;

• counterfeit goods

• alcohol

• smoking or tobacco products

• anything that can be used as an offensive weapon.

You must be respectful of the fact that you are on CHURCH property.

All rubbish and litter must be cleared away after the sale has finished.

By ticking the box on the form that states you comply with the rules of this sale, you stating that you agree to these terms and conditions and the consequences of breaking them.
